Day 2: Eventing Dressage Phase Final Results

The dressage phase of Olympic eventing has officially wrapped up in Hong Kong, as the Olympic riders prepare for the cross-country phase on Monday.

Australia had an incredible showing, and remains in first in the team placings with rider Lucinda Fredericks leading the individual standings. Megan Jones is in 4th, and Clayton Fredericks (Lucinda’s husband) is in 6th (both of AUS).

Germany is currently second in team standings, with Ingrid Klimke in 3rd, Hinrich Romeike in 7th, and Andreas Dibowski in 11th.

The United States is not too far behind Germany in 3rd, with Becky Holder in 5th after an impressive test, Gina Miles in 10th, Phillip Dutton in 14th, and Karen O’Connor in 16th.

Day 3 of Olympic equestrian competition is Monday, August 11 in Hong Kong and is the cross-country phase of eventing. You can watch it live online on NBC on Sunday night, August 10, from 8:00 pm-12:00 pm. For those in the US, it will be aired on Oxygen from 6:00-8:00 pm Monday.

If you missed any of the dressage phase of eventing, it will be replaying on USA (for US viewers) from 2:00am-2:00pm on Sunday, August 10.
