He had some time penalties in cross country and then two rails in the show jumping phase. He kept his 16th place after the team event, but was disqualified in the second round of show jumping that determined the individual medals. Apparently the boots Dutton had on Connaught's hind legs were over the regulation weight limit. Don't you just love technicalities. Even so, he wouldn't have been in the medals. Dave,
