For most of us, 2010 World Equestrian Games tickets won’t be available until September 25 (wow, that’s suddenly a lot closer than it seemed when they made the announcement six months ago!). But for those who aren’t being affected by this economy and have more than a little money to burn, you can purchase a special hospitality package now!

fine-dining-wegThe hospitality packages are for [upscale] attendees who want all the luxuries of an all-inclusive stay with fine dining, hospitality pavilion access, and first dibs on event tickets, lodging, and transportation. A variety of packages are available.

If you are one of the few who can afford it, or like me, just want to see how the other side lives, check out the press release below as well as the 2010 World Equestrian Games website  for more on the hospitality packages.

This looks like “Corporate Perk City.” The WEG’s version of a skybox at a sports arena.

In a normal economy, I’d see the big companies buying up these packages/tickets as perks for big clients or as bonuses for executives. But I wonder how they’ll sell these days.
