Rolex Kentucky Dressage Day 1 Results

It was an absolutely gorgeous day in Lexington, Kentucky for the first round of dressage at the Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event.

I just wish I could be there catching some rays and viewing the action first-hand. I do have to send out some major props to those covering it online. Reading the live commentary from Horse Radio Network and joining in the discussion while watching it live online is almost as good as being there. The Brits started Rolex well, with Oliver Townend riding Carousel Quest and William Fox-Pitt on Navigator sitting in the top three after solid dressage tests. The top spot belongs to Nederlands Tim Lips on his horse Concrex Oncarlos. They are followed closely by US riders Corrine Ashton on Dobbin, Jolie Sexson on Killian O’Connor and Stephen Bradley on Brandenburg’s Joshua.
