- News: The local chefs who will cook alongside the celebrity chefs as part of “Cookin’ in the Bluegrass” have been announced. The event will showcase local food and local talent and dish it up at the Farmhouse Restaurant right in the middle of the Kentucky Horse Park during the 2010 World Equestrian Games. Tempted?….
- News: Azur was one of the local restaurants here in Lexington chosen to be represented at Cookin’ in the Bluegrass, a celebration of local food, talent and horses to take place at the Kentucky Horse Park during the 2010 WEG. Not only that, but Azur chef Jeremy Ashby was also asked to cater the caterers at the press conference and came with some creative appetisers.
- News: The Alltech Fortnight Festival, the two weeks of live music and Kentucky Ale that will complement that 2010 World Equestrian Games throughout the State is looking for talented Kentucky musicians, both solo artists and bands, of every genre, to entertain across the Bluegrass.
- News: The USEF has just wrapped it up it’s annual convention in Louisville and there are some lovely pictures on the Chronicle website of our guest from a couple of weeks ago, Jessica Ransehousen, receiving her lifetime achievement award. On a more serious note, Jamie Linke, the CEO of the World Games 2010 Foundation Staff, provided an Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games update.
