I’m an online shopper. I like to look for good prices, read reviews, compare products, and find the best quality at the best price. I don’t have any good tack shops in my area, so I order all of my horsey stuff online.
And I’m always discouraged by just how poorly designed, organized, and run most equestrian websites are.
It doesn’t matter if you are a large or small tack shop, feed store, trainer, boarding and/or lesson stable, breeder, horse artist, or magazine; having a great website will make you more money. …
